OPEN CALL FOR TENDER PREQUALIFICATION

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rruga “Asim Zeneli”, Nd. 6/10

Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

Subject: The GIZ Office Tirana invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing household appliances according to the Technical Specification. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a framework contract with the supplier.
Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania (participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).

The company should continuously deliver different household appliances in the whole territory of Albania according to the specification.

The contract has a duration until 31.12.2024 with possibility of further extension for 2024.

DEADLINE & APPLICATION INFORMATION

All companies interested in the application process should ask for an application form to the e-mail address: [email protected] not later than 14.02.2024.

The due date for submitting the application is 15.02.2024. The documents should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to: [email protected], with subject “91177356 – EoI for Household appliances / Company Name”.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
