Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

Subject: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing External consultancy for implementing capacity-development measures to 61 Albanian “Municipalities Migration Offices” and developing a self-paced learning tool in a quality way based on the technical specifications. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a contract with the service provider.
Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal persons which are effectively established in Albania (participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).

Eligible to apply:

Companies with annual turnover of at least 60,000 euro in the last three years

Companies with the number of employees of at least 2 in the previous 3 years

Companies naming at least 1 reference project for preparation of curricula and delivery of training for municipalities (possibly in the field of migration and diaspora).

The due date for submitting the application is 16.01.2024. The documents should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to: [email protected], with subject “83457391 – EoI Implementing capacity development measures to ‘Municipalities’ Migration Offices / Name of company”.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
