Provision of Legal advice and support for GIZ Office Albania

SUBJECT

The objective of this open procurement procedure is to establish a single supplier framework contract for the provision of legal advice and support to GIZ Office Albania.

Contract duration is 3 years, with the possibility of extension of up to 3 years.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for this call is extended to legal and consulting companies established in Albania.

To participate, entities must fulfil the following criteria:

Established Legal Presence: Entities should possess a well-founded and active legal presence within Albania at least 10 years of experience.

Financial Capability: Interested parties must demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least 30,000 EUR over the last three financial years.

Workforce Capacity: Companies must maintain a consistent workforce of an average of at least 3 full time employees over the preceding three financial years.

Proven Expertise: A portfolio of a minimum of 3 reference projects for legal advice and represent in litigation or any other legal proceeding. Notably, 2 of these projects should have been executed within Albania in the last 3 years.

DEADLINE

All legal entities interested in the application process should ask for the Expression of Interest ref. no. 83456706 to the address: [email protected] latest by 08.01.2024.

The due date for submitting the application is 12.01.2024.

The documents should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to [email protected] with subject “83456706_EoI_Legal advice and support”.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified companies will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
