GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rruga “Asim Zeneli”, Nd. 6/10

Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

Subject: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites qualified entities to express their interest in providing services to support returned migrants and marginalized individuals, including PWD to enhance hospitality technical skills and soft skills, through effective task-oriented on-site career orientation and training and to improve employment opportunities within the agritourism and hospitality sectors. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a contract with the supplier.
Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal companies/organizations/NGO’s which are effectively established in Albania (participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).

Eligible to apply:

General competencies of the Contractor:

has at least 5 full-time employees.
has preferably at least 3 years of experience working in the Hospitality sector.
A minimum turnover of 100.000 EUR for the last 2 years

has preferably more than 3 years’ experience working with vulnerable groups.

The due date for submitting the application is 15.11.2023. The documents should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to: [email protected], with subject “83453186 – EoI Training and reintegration of Vulnerable Groups / Name of company”.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
