EU4Innovation (EU4I) is a Multi Donor Action jointly co-financed by the EU, the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Sida and implemented by GIZ (output 1-4) and Sida (main part of output 2) from January 2023 to June 2026 (42 months).
The Action supports the Government of Albania (GoA) in achieving key objectives in the field of economic development, namely, to accelerate the transformation into a more innovation-driven and knowledge-based economy, unlocking its human capital, entrepreneurial as well and research potential and thereby increasing its competitiveness.
Output 4 of the Action promotes Albania as a start-up and innovation ecosystem and destination for international and domestic innovators and entrepreneurs. As one of the main supporters of the Albanian start-up and innovation ecosystem, EU4I Action will strongly engage in promoting the ecosystem domestically and internationally, with a focus on Germany, Austria and Italy, as well as promoting Albania as a destination for international entrepreneurs and innovators.
- SUBJECT
EU4I Action invites contractors to express their interest and submit proposals for implementing the “Design of Communication Plan, Media & PR Plan, Production of Creative Assets and Promotion of the Albanian Start-up and Innovation Ecosystem with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Italy.”
The overall task of the contract will be to prepare a Communication Plan, a Media and PR Plan, and Creative Concept. In addition, the contractor will prepare the
artwork design of creative assets and will implement communication, PR and media activities in line with the Communication and Media &PR plan and produce video and digital content.
The contract is expected to start in May 2024 to June 2026.
- ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to all legal companies/entities in the field of communications, advertising, media & PR, or other relevant fields, which are effectively established in Albania.
Commercial eligibility criteria:
- The legal entity shall have an average annual turnover of at least 200,000 EUR for the last three financial years.
- The legal entity shall have an average of 5 employees and managers for the past three calendar years.
- The legal entity shall be experienced in 360° communication campaigns with a minimum budget of 50.000 EUR.
- The legal entity shall have proven experience in at least 3 reference projects in the last five years.
