CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is selecting a service provider (legal entity registered in the Western Balkans region) for the needs of the project “Green Agenda – Decarbonization of the Electricity Sector in Western Balkans”:
Understanding labour markets and qualifications needs in energy sector & improving a professional market for more “Green Jobs” in Western Balkans
Green jobs are crucial for the Western Balkans’ energy transition, driving sustainable development and reducing dependence on fossil fuels. New profiles of technicians and specialist will not only diversify the energy sector but also create new employment opportunities for youngsters and experienced professionals alike, all in all foster economic growth of the region. By investing in human capital for more green employment, the region can better align with the European Green Deal policies and upskill professionals to work on electricity market integration with the European Union.
The objective of the foreseen assignment is to deliver various analytical assignments and practical concepts to technical and vocational education and training education (TVET) organizations in the Western Balkans region focusing on employment opportunities along the Renewable Energy transition.
We kindly ask all interested companies to submit the requested documentation only:
- Legal entity registered in a country of the Western Balkans region
- Self-declaration of eligibility
- Average annual turnover evidence (bilans stanja): minimum amount of 176.024,70 BAM/ 90.000 EUR net per year for the last 3 financial years required.
- Number of employees (5 min. required)
- List of minimum 2 reference projects in fields of socio-economic research in employment sector
- List of minimum 2 reference projects related to the objective of the call in the Europe region in the last three years.
The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with minimum commission value of 10.000 EUR or 19.558,30 BAM
