SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
“Bashki të Forta” is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, SDC, implemented by Helvetas Albania.
Bashki te Forta is looking for national consultancy firms able to deliver the following services:
- The finalization of local waste management plans for 3 municipalities (Vau I Dejes, Mirdite and Fushe Arrez) and supporting municipalities which already have Local Waste Plans (Shkoder, Lezhe and Puke) in their implementations through selected activities.
Support to municipalities should be done in such a way that complex technical tasks are carried over by the consultant in close cooperation with municipal staff to ensure their ownership and future use of the plans.
An amount of maximum 45’000 Euro (forty-five thousand) euro and a time line of 5 (five) months from date of contract signature are assigned for the implementation of the mandate.
Offers must be submitted by 10.01.2020 (date of post mark) latest.
Please note that Bashki te Forta office will be closed between 01-05.01.2020. If you choose the option to hand over the offer directly to Bashki te Forta office, please make sure to do it between 06 and 10.01.2020 (close of business time)
