- 1.1 Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Skenderbej, No. 21/1
- Subject: The GIZ Program for “Sustainable Economic and Regional Development, Employment Promotion and Vocational Education and Training” in Albania (GIZ ProSEED), implemented on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, under the component of Technical Vocational Education & Training (VET), will support MoFE and NAVETQ to Develop a new National Curricula in Mechatronic (or relevant qualification profiles) for the Albanian vocational education and training system. In this respect, the programme is conducting a Call for Expressions of Interest from 24th of October – 1st of November 2018, which shall help to identify local consulting company in line with the requirements below:
- Strong background in VET and employment issues.
- Previous experiences working with MoFE and its agencies responsible for VET.
- Working experience and expertise in surveys with focus on skill need analyses in (design of questionnaires, sample design, data collection, data input; assessment and evaluation of data).
- Experience in preparing and curricula for vocational evaluation and training system all levels 3-5 of the AQF and EQF.
- Expertise/know-how in the field of mechatronic
- Very good English speaking and writing skills

- The due date for submitting the application is 01 November 2018. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “Application for prequalification: Develop a new National Curricula in Mechatronic”, addressed to:

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow.
The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer to the bid.
