Transport services in Albania and region for GIZ Office Albania

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Asim Zeneli 6/10

SUBJECT

The objective of this open procurement procedure is to establish a single supplier framework contract for the provision of transport services in Albania and region for GIZ Office Albania.

Contract duration is 3 years, with the possibility of extension of up to 6 years.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for this call is extended to transport service companies established in Albania.

To participate, entities must fulfil the following criteria:

Established Legal Presence: Entities should possess a well-founded and active transport services within Albania and region at least 4 years of experience.

Financial Capability: Interested parties must demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least 100,000 EUR over the last three financial years.

Workforce Capacity: Companies must maintain a consistent workforce of an average of at least 10 full time employees over the preceding three financial years.

Proven Expertise: A portfolio of a minimum of 3 reference contracts for transport services in Albania and region.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified companies will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
