GENERAL CONDITIONS
- 1.1 Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rruga “Asim Zeneli”, Nd. 6/10
  1.2 Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

Subject: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing External consultancy for supporting 3 (three) municipalities (Pogradec, Fier, Lezhë) in developing Local Action Plans for Migration and Diaspora in a quality way based on the technical specifications attached. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a contract with the supplier.
Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal persons which are effectively established in Albania (participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).

Eligible to apply:
Companies with annual turnover of at least 60,000 euro in the last three years
Companies with the number of employees of at least 2 in previous year

Companies naming at least 1 reference project for supporting municipalities in preparation of local actions plans (possibly in the field of migration and diaspora).

DEADLINE & APPLICATION INFORMATION

All companies interested in the application process should ask for an application form to the e-mail address: [email protected] not later than 20.11.2023.

The due date for submitting the application is 21.11.2023. The documents should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to: [email protected], with subject “83453695 – EoI local action plans for migration and diaspora / Name of company”.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
