GENERAL CONDITIONS
- 1.1 Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rruga “Asim Zeneli”, Nd. 6/10
- 1.2 Subject: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites qualified companies/organizations to express their interest in providing Socio economic reintegration measures for ZME beneficiaries in Tirana and Shkodra.

Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal companies/organizations/NGO’s which are effectively established in Albania (participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).

Eligible to apply:

The company/organization must prove that they are legally registered and allowed to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this request for proposal.
Only companies with a turnover of more than 70 000 Euro/yearly in the last 3 years are requested to participate in the bid.
A minimum of 5 permanent staff/year over the last 3 years.
Furthermore, the company/organization must have similar experience in the field. Previous experience in working with social and economic reintegration measures for returnees and vulnerable groups. Provide 3 reference development projects in the last 3 years in working with social and economic reintegration measures for returnees and provide in total at least 5 reference projects in Albania in the last 3 years. We can evaluate only those reference projects with a minimum commission value of 50 000 EUR

The due date for submitting the application is 09.11.2023. The documents should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to: [email protected], with subject “83452619 – EoI Socio economic reintegration measures / Name of company”.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
