GENERAL CONDITIONS

Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Asim Zeneli 6/10, 1001 Tiranë

Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

Subject: The GIZ Office Tirana invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing shredder/chipper according to the Technical Specification.

COMPANIES SHOULD FULFILL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania.
The company should be an authorized sales and service provider for the products it will offer.
The company must provide the delivery of goods to different parts of the country.
The legal entity shall have an average annual turnover of at least 100.000 EUR for the last three financial years.
The legal entity shall have at least four employees of the previous year.
3 reference projects in the last 3 years with an amount of at least 30.000 EUR in the sector of waste processing equipment or agriculture equipment and/or in the region.

DEADLINE AND APPLICATION INFORMATION

All legal entities interested in application process should ask for Expression of Interest ref. no. to the address: [email protected] not later than 22.04.2026.

The due date for submitting the application is 23.04.2026.

The document should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to [email protected], marked ref.no. 7000005862 shredder/chipper.

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
