FOR Fertigation Equipment
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Asim Zeneli 6/10, 1001 Tiranë
- Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.
1.3 Subject: The GIZ Office Tirana invites qualified companies that provides ‘Automated and manual fertigation equipment’’ according to the Technical Specification. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a framework contract with the supplier.
2. Companies should fulfill the following requirements:
Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania (participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).
The company should deliver ‘Automated and manual fertigation equipment’’ according to the specification.
The company should have at least 5 registered employees as of 31.12.2024
The company should have an average turnover of 4 000 000 ALL or its equivalent in EURO
At least 1 reference project in the technical field installation of fertigation systems with a minimum value 10 000 EUR, in Europe in the last 3 years.
Proven experience in supplying agricultural digital and smart equipment
The company must have previous experience in working and installing fertigation systems
The company must have the ability to provide in case of failure of the fertigation systems.
All legal entities interested in the application should follow this process:
- All companies interested in the application process should ask for Application Documents Order No 91190667. / ‘Automated and manual fertigation equipment’’ to the e-mail address: [email protected] not later than 10.2025.
- Send all required documents in two separate emails to al[email protected] by the latest: 09.10.2025

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of bid evaluation will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated technically and financially. The winner will be announced via e-mail.
