KORCE- Nje jurist ne degen e ALUIZNI-t ne Korce eshte ndaluar nga policia me akuzen e mitmarrjes.
Sipas policise, ndalimi i tij eshte bere ne bashkepunim me Njesine e perbashket Task-Force, gjate operacionit te koduar “Juristi “. Ky eshte finalizuar me ndalimin e shtetasit Elton Dojca, 38 vjec banues ne qytetin e Korces.
Mesohet se ndalimi i tij ne kushtet e flagrances u be pasi ai i ka kerkuar ryshfet nje shtetasi per shpejtim te procedures se legalizimit. Shuma per te cilen akuzohet edhe 2.000.000 lekesh te vjetra.
Sipas policise, ai akuzohet per vepren penale te “Korrupsionit pasiv në funksione publike” .
