AADF is inviting interested architecture design entities to bid for the tender number 00145 for “Restoration and Urban Requalification Design of the Prospective TID Durres Area Situated Within Durres Archeological Park”.
Durres is considered one of the most important cultural heritage sites in the Mediterranean and an integral part of the history of Albania, founded in year 627 BC as an Illyrian settlement. AADF in partnership Ministry of Culture and Municipality of Durres, through the TID Durres Project aims to support the sustainable economic development of Durres, promote its economic development by combining the preservation and valorization of Durres cultural heritage with the implementation of Tourism Improvement District (TID Model).
Deadline for submitting bids: August 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
Ceiling Fund: USD 185,000 (VAT Excluded)
