Call for Proposals: Development of career web application for career services at Municipality of Tirana
RisiAlbania is a youth employment project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC and implemented by a consortium consisting of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation and Partners Albania.
Under the component of strengthening career guidance service, RisiAlbania is supporting the development of career services at local level. In this view RisiAlbania is looking to engage an IT consultant/company with relevant expertise to develop a web application for the career service of Municipality of Tirana. The aim is to develop a reliable, safe, user-friendly software which fulfils target users’ needs and supports the career services of Municipality of Tirana.
A career web application is the main instrument to embed, manage and deliver this information. It will be used for self-service by young people, career advisors, teachers, parents, and for the career counselors of the Municipality career service to provide dynamic data input, and management of the services. The main components of this career web application are the front-office (portal), the back-office solution and an independent module of career tests (questionnaires).
Applicants are expected to submit (i) a detailed technical proposal outlining the methodology, activities and timeline to complete this assignment, (ii) reasons why you are the best candidate, (iii) company profile / CVs of the proposed team, (iv) financial proposal disaggregated according to working days of each expert involved.
Applicants will be evaluated based on their proven experience and expertise in conducting similar assignments, on the complementarity of the proposed team, on their financial offer and on the proposed methodology, accuracy and reliability of plans and activities to complete the assignment and to comply with all the functional and technical requirements of the web application.
Deadline for submission via hard copy and soft (USB stick), in closed and stamped envelope, is 27 July 2020, 12:00 (noon) at RisiAlbania (Rr. Ismail Qemali, P.18, H.3, Ap.15, Tirana, Albania).
