NATIONAL TENDER CALL
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN MUNICIPAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING
“Bashki të Forta” is looking for consultancy firms able to deliver the following services:
- Technical assistance to the Local Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) for the elaboration of a national report on the implementation of performance-based budgeting at the municipal level.
- Technical assistance to the Local Budget Division of the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) for the validation of guidelines and templates for the presentation by municipalities of their performance to the public.
Workload is estimated at 50 effective working days over the period 12th of August to 1st of November 2019.
All applications must be submitted at the latest by the 22nd of July 2019.
