NATIONAL TENDER CALL
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN MUNICIPAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING IN THE REGIONS OF LEZHË, KUKËS, DIBËR, ELBASAN, KORCË AND TIRANA
“Bashki të Forta” is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, SDC, implemented by Helvetas Albania.
We are looking for consultancy firms able to deliver the following services:
Technical assistance to 15-20 municipalities for:
- improving their budgeting cycle through the use of data on public service delivery;
- Producing budgetary documents accessible to the public (“citizen budget”) and discussing them with the public
Workload is estimated at 365 effective working days divided among experts over the period 1st of September 2019 to 30 of June 2020.
All applications must be submitted at the latest by the 5th of August 2019.
